transporter-7Introduction

DAMM aims to be the DeFi arm powering on-chain finance, with two main verticals:

1. Tokenized Funds

On-chain, non-custodial crypto funds with varying risk profiles and use cases. All funds are developed in-house and powered by the DAMM Toolkit — our proprietary on-chain fund architecture.

At inception, DAMM will offer three core funds:

  • DAMMstable – a systematic, market-neutral fund designed to deliver the best risk-adjusted returns on USD-denominated stablecoins.

  • DAMMeth – an ETH-focused, market-neutral fund built to help ETH holders achieve superior risk-adjusted returns on their Ether.

  • DAMMbtc – a Bitcoin fund aiming to generate yield by deploying sophisticated strategies on Ethereum and L2s.

Note: since BTC is non-native to Ethereum, this inherently involves higher risk.

2. DeFi-as-a-Service (DaaS)

DAMM also acts as the execution arm for institutions and clients, enabling them to integrate DeFi to power their operations.

To achieve this, we leverage the components described in the Funds Architecture (technical) section, which enable us to manage assets autonomously and efficiently while ensuring clients retain full self-custody.

Examples include:

  • Banks integrating DeFi solutions for their end-users.

  • Protocols (e.g., Pendle, Euler) seeking tailored DeFi integrations.

  • Crypto-native companies optimizing their token liquidity on DEXs through DAMM’s advanced, proprietary liquidity management models.
