Bauti is a crypto-native full-stack engineer with deep roots in offensive security and smart-contract development.

He has been writing software since age 13, turning out everything from full-stack web apps to jailbreaks and automated bot farms.

At DAMM, he designs the system architecture, leads the engineering team, and runs day-to-day operations—while also keeping DAMM safe in the “dark forest” of DeFi by hardening every layer of the stack against on-chain threats. As the saying goes, judge a dev by his GitHub.

Pablo, Co-Founder & Chief Quant Officer

Pablo co-founded DAMM alongside his brother Bauti and serves as Chief Quant Officer.

A double-degree holder in computer engineering and finance, he turns abstract mathematics into deployable liquidity strategies—designing the simulators, back-testing engines, and statistical models that steer every trade. Pablo leads DAMM’s quant team and draws on prior TradFi experience to bridge institutional rigor with DeFi innovation.

Juan Samitier, Co-founder & Head of Strategy

Juan joined DAMM to scale its vision from a yield-generating engineering shop to a DeFi-native institutional asset manager.

As the long-time Treasury Manager at Kleros, Juan has overseen over 30 million USD in ETH- and USD-denominated assets, running strategies with no impermanent loss across lending markets and stable pools.

He’s also deeply connected in the crypto ecosystem, leveraging close relationships with top protocols, builders, and investors to access early insights, conduct deeper research, and consistently generate alpha.

Additionally, he pioneered SAFU, a restaking-based insurance framework, and Fantasy Tier, a composable infrastructure for on-chain fantasy gaming, both deeply integrated into Ethereum-native rails.
